Hotel's staff and location were wonderful, had a very very good stay fOR HOLIDAY. Loved our rooms with a view.

It was a new-fashioned superior queen room, we would stay here again. The hotel had a magnificent location close to an art gallery.

We really enjoyed staff and location. The breakfast at another place was served in the cafe.

We enjoyed location and staff, felt like home. The property was very close to Via de' Pucci bus stop.

The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a pretty nice area, next to the center and tourist sights and a nearby cafe. The staff was great and welcoming, the breakfast offered was amazing with lots of food.

All in all everything was good, had a fairly nice stay for another 3 nights. I liked the room with one duoble bed, my bed was extremely comfy.

Its staff and location were outstanding, and for us everything was perfect. We ate at a good restaurant for breakfast.

Neat place, real value for money. A wide array of supplies in the room : climate control, it's own balcony and two windows. Friendly service and a small restaurant, available onsite.

The venue is clean, with exceptional location so close to the city center, the Duomo, a cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiori.

I recommend it and would stay here again. Well-equipped, brand-new room with one duoble bed.

Tasteful rooms and classy staff, Peretola airport is 0.5 miles from the accommodation. The location is phenomenal, right at city center. Rooms include smoke detectors for safety measures. Delicious breakfast, perfect service: )

Experienced staff; efficient check in. The breakfast here was complimentary with other, egg, especially the croissants.

Quiet atmosphere along with HELPFUL staff and perfect location. We enjoyed a buffet breakfast in the restaurant. Room had a good choice of facilities, including an iron, a work desk and a TV set. This is a hotel go-to for Florence!

Thanks very much for your hospitality, I will be returning here soon. The bed was very comfortable. It's a 15 minutes' walk to ponte vecchio. Go to All'antico vinaio, situated near the accommodation if you want to have an unforgettable evening.
